I have mentioned this a few times previously however the key to extracting as much value as possible is to fight off takeovers for the next 12/24 months whilst the business grows. Changes of this happening are 50/50.
Closest to the pin for takeover, mid May for mine. Want to have a massive premium attached to it to even entertain such a thought.
