This is no different from how wedge-tailed eagle carcasses used to be a common sight along freeways. Then the survivors learned how cars work. Now they use the freeways as buffets, snacking on smaller, dumber creatures and hopping calmly off to the side as cars approach.
Just like cars, wind turbines are no existential threat to the species. The real threats come from the things they can't learn to avoid: air and water pollution, habitat loss, scarcity of prey species, ... Systemic problems.
