I don't think that Belgium, France, Holland or Germany are anywhere near in a state where unemployment of white collar workers is high enough they are willing to perform shift work.
If we had a factory in Greece with 24% unemployment there is a chance of a few good scientists looking for work but even then I would expect the good ones to be employed.
Belgium is at 8.7% of unemployment (off the top of 11%) and Holland is at 6.9% (down from 7.9%).

Similar to additional mergers & acquisitions, I would prefer to get the deal finalized and have Diasource be part of Anteo before we consider how we can scale up production via improvements through M&G or by looking at shift work or purchasing another entity.

I myself am surprised about the low take up as I was expecting more than 60% of takeup by existing shareholders. If I had a guess before this announcement I would have thought 70%.
On one hand I am grateful as I assume I got what I asked for but I am surprised that the take up wasn't greater.
