    re: rising I suppose even if takeover/rumour is confirmed very soon these things happen slowly.
    Will need to produce bidders statements or new prospectus etc.
    Could take several months so I expect we will get mandatory annual report from SEN this year.

    Even to justify the merger SEN will need to produce figures as shareholders /ASX will insist on it for orderly voting.
