Perhaps you're right - as they say "People don't leave bad companies, they leave bad managers".
I don't understand their recent Nova acquisition strategy (1300 participation units for US$38M) - seems like half in & half out commitment in Class II and all it will result in is draining more cash flow after factoring unit replacement costs & upgrades (if mature) - looks more like a smoke than a strategy.
I still believe old man Len will fix the ship though.
