Not necessarily true that the more losers you have, the more chance of the next one being a winner.
That is ' the gambler's fallacy ' (from Social Psychology).
Example, I keep buying lotto tickets (bought one this morning, for tonight's Powerball) but have I won anything? No, I have not. The last decent win was back in the late 1990s and that was only $1000.
I can make that - and much more - in a day in the sharemarket, day after day, when a stock is on a run.
