Hi All
Have been looking into this company and wanted to know your thoughts:
- Earnings post tax for the last two years is less than one cent per share
- Statutory earnings post tax are expected to be 1.6c per share, a dividend of between 40% & 60% to be paid (or $0.005 and $0.0096)
- PE Ratio is approximately 34 times and dividend yield is up to 1.7%, excluding franking credits.
- MAI expects to increase revenue from 14.4 Million to 21.5 Million this financial year when they have not achieved more than 26% (from 2013 to 2014) in the past.
Note: figures above from page 10 of the prospectus
I know most recent floats have demonstrated exceptionally good growth, but is this stock likely to meet a 50% increase in revenue in the next annual reporting period? What is the driver for the increase in revenue?
Interested to hear what everyone thinks.
Best of Luck
