I had a theory in Oct 2014 after the SGX move. These most recent events seem to support the theory of the long term chess game being played with Linc Energy.
The whole migration to SGX and the earlier convertible bond issue in Singapore could point to some kind of long con IMO aimed at getting control of assets for minimum outlay.
