    Yes it is indeed interesting and, judging by the TU's Mina got, others may also think so too!!

    On another thread I posed the following questions:

    1. To allow sufficient time to consider all options.

    2. Completing the review of the Company’s acquisition of the assets of Snow Peak Mining Pty Ltd (‘SPM’) will take longer than originally contemplated.

    3. When an announcement regarding the acquisition of the SPM assets is released to the market.

    Yes it is possible to apply the scenario in Mina's reference to the above questions and come up with a logical conclusion. One exception though, question 3 may not be preceded by "completing the review of the acquisition ..." so may be closer to the truth???? Hmmmm!

    One for the lawyers though - why is it not possible for CSD to have completed the t/o and negotiated with MOO? Could it have become an even greater legal nightmare if the t/o had gone ahead?
