I have been watching A2m and completed my risk analysis just after the failed takeover bid from 63 cents, by freedom foods and dean foods.
My conclusions led me to buy bal instead and found a2m a more riskier proposition as the expansion into uk and us was still in it's infancy and posed downside risks -
I also doubted they would hit their profit forecasts and doubted their future sales
From recent announcements, this has alleviated and ticked my concerns, and now see a bright future
The risks are still there but I am more confident now than ever before
I was never concerned with my entry prices as I am not a trader.
I was concerned about the business being able to meet demand or expand and if the business can propose long term 10 year plus double digit growth. Some good signs are in and therfore I hit buy and will buy more.
But I am not really willing to share my reasons for accumulating bigtime, that I will keep to myself.
Mind you I will dump all if my concerns appear again.
A2m sure is a weird thread from all this heroes
Happy hunting
