BFS is due out by month end. Maybe 1-2 week delay possible due to the timely nature of plant design etc - This is the impression I got.
Michael Hulmes did note that they were working away at the plant design currently. As for upgrades - not too sure there - all depends on further drilling. The last couple of announcements noted that further drilling work in July. I think with AUM hype around the place - would not suprise me if URL get drilling for futher upside a lot faster.
My gut feel is that Roseby will be finalilsed by a positive BFS with further drilling upside announcement shortly afterwards.
My crystal ball Time Frame:
BFS guess - Next 2.5-4 weeks Further upside guess - 5-8 weeks.
URL are currently in the process of firming up Roseby from what I gather - I think upside drilling is second prority at the moment - it should become more of a priority once BFS is out and if AUM has the resource they claim.
