Big transaction here with Woolworths and Farmers direct no dilutionary effects. Funded by cash and bank facilities.

This acquisition will contribute earnings and is net profit accretive bringing in substantial revenue and major clients. The deal is binding too.

Tight cap structure only 160M shares. Top 20 has 60%, Top 50 I assume has 80%. Free float is 32M shares so far nearly 1/3rd of free float traded ~7.5M a quarter of the shares.
