The bulls should be running for this stock. All positive.
Saudis just announced a US$98 billion deficit. Coupled with much domestic unrest and they have increasing need to increase oil price.
The oppies are an absolute bargain at current price. 2 year window is well within time frame for lab work to show the real potential.
I will sleep well from now on!
