chucke - I'm flattered, I think. As you probably could foresee, I respectfully decline your assignment. Your task would be tough, except for the in depth appraisal of management which should be a snap. The rest I could probably have ready for you in about one hour and 45 minutes, properly footnoted and bound. Of course I prefer to work with FA not that tricky TA. Just can't afford to make room in my schedule but looks like fun and is tempting considering the high quality of those examples. You're welcome.
PS It's nice visiting with you people here but my creaky old bones just can't keep up this wild pace. I need to taper off (no remarks please)and allow for nap time - bedtime now.
