My numbers for AER are:

$8.1 million fully diluted MC but 50% of those shares escrowed until 2017
$2.6 million cash so EV of around $5.5 million

Most interestingly though is that their cash receipts increased for the last quarter so if the trend continues it might get some more attention by the market. Main product is very scalable with limited capex, their other offerings are also quite interesting. Big Australian companies as customers and recurrent revenue.
