The manager of the SmartTENZ advises that as at close of business on 29
December 2015 a total of 2,000,000 units has been allotted since 24 December
2015. The total number of units on issue on that day was 48,332,943.

The asset backing for each SmartTENZ unit at close of business on 29 December
2015 was $1.25305
The tracking difference was 1.73%
