I wouldn't expect the MDL to get much further processed by govt departments until Feb, most departments are running on skeleton staff during the summer school holidays, back to full strength after Aust Day. There is really not much time wasted now anyway, the wet season is in full swing up here now, so unlikely anyone would want to conduct any earthworks until after ANZAC Day when the rain stops being counted by the metre.
