Right now REO companies are On the Nose, akka NTU, LYC and most of the others, with the investor in general. BUT, that will change, we just need more patience and the ability to HANG ON to this great little investment.
The factors Pirra likes is the location, cost of materials, cost of labour, but best of all is the resource itself. When Geo George comes back online " he a bit hurt atm by the shenanigans over at CDU " his knowledge of the Ngualla deposit, am sure he will explain to any doubters. Have a placed a couple of orders to take my holdings to over 1mil, but will probably need to pay up to 10c to get.
