Couple of tips
1) ignorance would be selling all your 'properties' with the intention of buying back in....but having zero idea how much prices need to drop in order for it to be worthwhile
2) Amercian spelling or English spelling-effluent and affluent are still completely different things
3) I never said anything about retail going down hill. If anything it's been one if the best ever Christmas sales.
4) If you are really ex slmilitary then all respect and honour to you-it's an amazing person who woukd give his life for ours.
5) don't take my pointed questions personally. There have been countless numpties posting rubbish in this thread. If you have sold without thought to how much property needs to fall to buy back so be it-you are cashed up good for you. But just be honest.
