This is a version of the old "Gorilla Game" when trying to find the next tech winner in an emerging and profitable sector. If you can't decide, you buy the lot and let them fight it out, discard the losers and laggards, ending up with the gorilla in the sector. However in tech , typically only 1 emergrs as the real Gorilla in its field, Oracle, Intel , Microsoft etc. This is due to the unique characteristics of the game :first mover advantage, hi switching costs, proprietary technology etc. And these almost certainly do not apply here ,but the buying strategy is similar.
Perhaps room for many winners here.
Personally I keep asking myself the same question, that I too missed this boat and I'm disappointed that I didn't see this developing story.... and I think it's a very big story. I'll take any guidance I can get from you guys here.....
