I cant stress the above enough,
I emailed the company so they can have some sort of q and a or better explanation on the website of how milk pricing work especially for city folk and brokers and analysts. as I can see some wild estimates on what the price should be or there incomes people are trying to guess . a graph of daily milk production on the farm would be a good idea as well which would be very simple in add to the website.
