given the lithology hard to imagine the rock there is that competent (overall) if going underground , let alone water ingress issues .If the same mine was in Australia would any MD given the regulatory OSH conditions consider going underground with it ?
So why are they considering it in Philippines ?
Personally I excluded underground mining from my NPV calculation.
