Interesting to read the latest installment.
Apparently the view is that this company isn't going to get a CE Mark any time soon. The claim is that OSL has had at least 4 memos from its Notified Body (NB) in relation to its CE Mark application. It is asserted that one of those memos points to significant product development issues that will require additional remedial work from the company, possibly including further animal studies.
Maybe OSL will surprise us in Jan 2016.
