Not sure they need to or even are required to disclose that detail but there is a transparency and reporting matter that AHF needs to seriously improve on as has been commented on in the past.
To be fair these guys started with not alot and are part-time and the Directors remuneration is low by industry comparison and currently there is no management team to speak of and yet they are doing what many others have vacillated about for years. What they are building now is unique but they are only at the start of the journey, this acquisition is just one small step.
For those that want to compare the ASX listed likes of A2M, BAL CCF, FNP or even MGC, don't bother. its a laughable comparison on so many fronts.
