could the deal with mineralogy be something like this?

1. mineralogy to be issued 400 million shares at 50c.

2. mineralogy to receive a royalty.

3. mineralogy will have a 30% stake in arh

4. arh to make a cap raising, issuing 250 million shares at $1ish soon after announcing the deal.

5. issued capital will be 1.4billion shares with mineralogy holding 422 million.
