My amateur view,So in looking through this we have a company calling us to raise funds for a period of time on getting stock at a price that is somewhat discounted based on the future opportunity of where the company is going. Then we have the announcement we all wanted to see.
Post the announcement we have a trading halt and we are now saying we have a company where the directors have potentially downsized portfolios and now believe that we could have news this week that will devalue the SP.
I would hope boards and CEO's would have more integrity than that.Obviously we don't know all the facts or something has occurred here that would be seen as grey. Im confused
