I said A2M was a premium product and is being marketed as such.
Supply shortages can result in two major outcomes.
1) Long term destruction of BRAND reputation
2) An opening for a competitor to come in and take your customers
Short term you can raise your prices and profit from it. Long term it does a lot of damage to your brand.
As I have said A2M need to seriously invest in fixing this quickly.
