I believe he is showing his continued confidence in the company at a time when the share price is languishing for want of news.RC always seems to have a few irons in the fire. There have been a number of times when those with negative views might have benefitted by backtracking on the timeline of their comments and coming to the realization that, at that very time he must have been negotiating something that later could be seen as improving the company's position. It was the same at QGC (yes, a very different company, but we are talking about the same man...)
