You have to wonder at the mental skills of people who can't even work out how to fill in the right box on the screen. DOW is code for Downer EDI not Dow Jones Industrial Average or similar index. This latter would logically be inserted under subject. Can these guys be up to technical analysis? Maybe they buy the wrong stocks too.
