That just goes to show that sale of Directors shares is not a reflection of the companies performance and market is ignoring it ...
I think you need to do some research on what Directors of other companies on the ASX do in regard to their shares .....quite similar .....its not a major proportion anyway and he sold at good price ...why not ??
