IMO, PEN has the floor price of $1.00 and U has the floor price of $33 per pound. We will never see these prices again. Why am I so sure about it ? Because China is aggressively building one nuclear plant a month. Get ready for the U boom. I don't know if anyone remembers what happened in China during the mining boom ?
