How does that work when the Administrator is entitled to say he/she won't entertain any movements on the share register (as incurring such costs is not in the interests of creditors as a whole)?
My thinking is you could never complete the trade - because the Administrator won't allow transactions to clear from today onwards. Not sure how it works for people who bought/sold shares that are within the T+3 settlement range.
