What about the wroughts that were SGW etc etc where were they then ??? The markets are a jungle , its survival of the 'fatest' , regulation will never change that , and nor should it!
My point being , if you are going to be 'heavy handed' at least be fair to all parties , proactive , not 'reactive'.
