Another consideration for me was the impact of changes in the exchange rates. Especially if either country's central bank decides to increase interest rates between now and the execution of the clause.
Probably not too much of an issue if both increase rates simultaneously. However if Canada increases its rates but Australia does not, the CAD may become stronger then there will be a cost impact in AUD.
