its a given December will be dead.
the Property Managers offices above our premises went to sleep early December left town the 16th December came back with skeleton staff Monday 4th. Not back to full strength until last week in January.
And they are busier than most rental agents at that time of the year as they have a lot of academics tenants/ students who relocate early in the new year
