What a rubbish response... It's almost like Annabel has only recently been convinced of the market engagement and promotional capabilities of social media (about 10 years too late). And where is Peter Francis in all of this... He is ultimately responsible for the performance of BLT as a public company?

Funny thing is... I don't expect anything less from BLTs responses. Their air of arrogance is so thick when responding to shareholder requests you can cut it. Hopefully the new CEO will have the right set of skills and experience to put the Board and Current Management to shame so that they leave before they're pushed out the door!
