The $$$ figure quoted actually included all spending on the entire tenement package, wages, exploration etc. I still have contact with Nick and I know he won't be offended if I say that he was a good salesman and everything said in a BRR interview may not be 100% spot on. The Rose of Denmark mine had at least 4 mil spent on it. What is second hand mining equipment or plant worth? Barely 10-20% of the new price. If the 3 mil was such a bargain how come it sat on the market for 2 years with no takers?
Btw vertigo you seem to think they didn't drill enough before mining, perhaps not, they just mined where the jorc told them the gold should be. I have seen some here show great confidence that the jorc should be accurate. Go look at ABU to see where a JORC can be a fantasy.
So vertigo what do MNM do, expensive exploratory drilling or trust the jorc? Just whack holes blindly here and there hoping to find an economic ore body or follow the jorc that let MCO down so badly. You seem so confident that your 'team' can pull this off with little or no u/g gold experience where MCO, AYC, ORS, HEG and others have failed with experienced hands at the wheel.
The more I read your responses to anyone expressing doubts about any of MNMs projects the more I think you are a company employee.
Loki, for your info Nick sold tens of millions of his options to a Chinese gentleman but then spent 25 mil buying shares in the 40c range so he did his shirt on MCO.
