I believe somewhere down the track there will have to be a battle with the unions. At that point I think the sp would drop. I think it needs to battle the unions to go forward. After that it's the same scenario as the horse and carts versus the motor vehicle..... Where are all the horses and carts now plenty of motor vehicles around though. FBR being the building industries equivalent to the motor vehicle. I just see the unions as the only hiccup
