The kid's tooth fairy is a better investment than GCN, I agree. It would be a short term investment though. The kid's resources will run out at the age of ten, with the loss of the last milk tooth.
There is nothing from Richard Li to ASX about the court case. To be fair, he is probably flat out getting the accounts in order. After all, I imagine he sees that a director's first duty is to GCN's shareholders - to get that suspension from trading lifted as soon as possible. He must be mortified that the hopes he expressed many weeks ago have come to nothing.
Another possibility is that he is worried that investors will be trampled to death in the rush to buy GCN's shares, now that it has ventured into getting gushing revenue from Chinese table grapes.
Does anybody know what the court case was about, and its outcome?
