These sort of statements are usually rhetoric, but in this instance it's true beyond doubt. If they announced nothing on open it would have a relief rally.

I suppose we just wait and see now,it's a double edged sword,I want it to open,but..........could China's fledging economy hurt us at the moment....but I don't suppose we can be battered to much more,so........we wait .......GLTA
