    Great post Joe, You are right with Paul Little's strong support with the Tiger, as he has always been there when others would shy away.
    One thing I believe, the heads at Tiger's Coal as well as TRG will not let this great coal resource in Russia just wither away.
    Value will be extracted one way or another for all stakeholders.
