of course this is not a case of buyers simply changing their minds.
firstly we are not 100% sure this has even occurred but its prudent to assume it has.
secondly this is a highly unusual case and IF.....i repeat IF.....this is subject to any criminal activity
doesn't this raise the spectre of non settling?
there is something clearly amiss here.
i think those who are in it should be aware of all possibilities.
that is their choice if they do or do not.
i am simply putting the counter view and opening it up for debate.
