If only Australian Corporate Auditing Academy establishment followed Yankeeland's
"Golden Raspberry Awards" tradition, then ASIC would without a doubt be its
Lifetime Award Recipient.

I am on my second Strata Manager eviction warpath and with NCAT due to deliver
its adjudication any day now.
NCAT is to be complemented on its "no-nonsense" adherance to relevant legislation,
Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 in this case and on which I based my application.

Should Greg Medcraft ever slide out of his lofty ASIC saddle and visit on foot places like
NCAT, Fair Trading Mediation and the like to do the field hard yakka of comparing
"us & them" work ethics models, he would spot the relationship between
the Legislation & the little man who seeks protection inside that Legislation.

The number of times that s 601 with its relevant subsections was overlooked by ASIC
in PIF context is beyond shameful.

Let's hope this shame will end 13 May this year as his 5 year term officially ends.
Of course, his previous patrons have zilch say in his political meanderings past this date.
That is till next elections???
