Their is nothing worse when the only one that believes what your saying is yourself ! Insto,funds & many more have not
believed the wife`s tales.The true facts after ASIC intervention was their assumption did not agree with reality,the guidance was pulled 2 weeks after it was given--fact. If for one minute S & G thought for one minute ASIC was negligent in any way,
they would have sued the pants on them for defamation.The fact they have not responded in any way to any claim--in itself speak volumes.
It`s sometime the in-action that speaks volume--at least on this occasion S& G will not take class action against themselves/for negligence!!
