    Are Investor's missing a key point? Namely, that Financial Accounts for Acquisition will be Fully Audited which is why ODN/Gridcomm changed it FY to YE December....

    So, investors-like you and me-will be able to rely on Financials very early in joint Co's life...somewhat unusual for RTOs!
