The sell off is world markets nothing to do with property markets for the momemt. I have never been a short term trader but recently I have been buying and selling ANZ shares (any of the big 4 are pretty much the same) bought a parcel this morning also. If they fall more will buy more if they go up a couple of dollars sell out. Seems to be working so far . Worse case I get stuck with a whole bunch of high dividend yielding shares at a bargain price.
