Congrats to Oxford. I think EPFL will also be all over this in coming weeks. As the above link shows they too are working on the best way to 'join' the two technologies most efficiently. Who knows if they have a huge break through and get 30% efficiency I'm sure the DYE board can have a sober discussion about our first commercial offering. Small companies are famous for quick manoeuvres, weve already gone from DSSC to PSC. The use of cesium (previous post) will most probably translate to a more stable purely perovskite cell in any case. Who knows if our glass sheets are designed well they will perfectly fit on top of a Si panel plus some piggy back wiring and wella 30 % . Very exciting times indeed.
