The fact is the markets behave and react as they always do - that is the way they are.
The basic fundamentals of the the company(ies) in which you/we hold shares does not generally change and in the the long term they will return to their predicted expectations.
It hurts a lot to see big red numbers at the end of a days trade, but truth will out.
If you believe hang on for the ride .... or look away for a while.
