I was thinking the same thing, i.e., Oceana swallowing Medusa. Perhaps they are worried about Mindanao but there are quite a few foreign run mines there now including Co-O, T’Boli, Sianna and Taganito. Also Apex (Filipino run) have been running their Maco mine for a long time. And TVI Pacific ran their Canatuan mine for 10 years. And King King has just been approved.
