Most of the Negative Information out there was from Media and Insiders leaked to the press.
In my opinion Information should come from official means first. From the company itself.
If information is leaked to the media, then the company should respond.
This never happened. Should investors have to react to hear say? Media Gossip?
It appears so.
As the current regulations are not sufficient to make companies disclose their positions in a timely matter.
